On the occasion of our annual meeting, we would like to invite young clinical researchers to submit an abstract for a poster or oral presentation.

The poster session will serve to inform the ERKNet community about ongoing research projects on rare kidney diseases.

The submitted abstracts will be scored by members of the ExCom and the ten highest ranked abstracts will be invited to present their work during a plenary session on May 10th from 11:50 am - 1:00 pm.  All accepted abstracts will be asked to be presented as posters, which will be mounted in the foyer of the conference venue, where will be visible throughout the conference. and can be discussed with the presenters during the Welcome Reception and all  meeting breaks. 

ERKNet is pleased to announce that all oral presenters will be awarded a 500 € travel fellowship for the conference.

Submission guidelines

• Abstract in English with a word limit of 400 words.
• The abstract must represent original work and should be structured as follows: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
• Include your Name and Affiliation
• Name your file: ScientificCaseAbstract_YourName
• The maximum size of the poster is A0 (841 x 1189 mm) and must be designed in portrait format.
• Submit your abstract by email to abstract[at]erknet.org.
• The deadline for abstract submission is 15 March 2023.

The 4 best submitted abstracts will be invited for oral presentation in our "Stump the Consultant" session on 11 May from 12:15-1:45.
