Dr. Ana Sanchez Moreno is an assistant physician at the Pediatric Nephrology Unit of the Virgen del Rocío University Hospital in Seville. She received her M.D. in 1981 at the Sevilla  University Medical School. She did her doctoral thesis on “Assessment of renal function in children after protein overload”

She has extensive experience in the clinical care of pediatric patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis and kidney transplantation.

Dr Sanchez Moreno has served in  professional board of the the Spanish Association of Pediatric Nephrology.

She participates in the Spanish registries REPIR I and II

She is coordinator of a Spanish multicenter study of peritoneal dialysis.

Dr. Sanchez Moreno's publication record includes book chapters and journal articles.
