Gianni Carraro, MD, PhD is a Nephrologist. His expertise is treating patients with rare diseases. In particular he deals with Fabri disease, Fanconi syndrome, Cystinuria, glycogen storage disease and autosomal dominant polycystic disease.He graduated as a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Padua in 1995 and in the same University in 2010 he obtained his PhD. Since 2008 he is nephrologist in the Department of Medicine, Nephrology Unit at the University of Padua. He covered the position of Professor in 2005-2007 in the school of Nephrology at Padua University. He obtained the high specialization in “Rare Diseases” in 2019. He is co-author of several papers in renal failure ant its complications.
He is expert of renal biopsy since 2008. He participated as co-investigator in several clinical and observational trials, conducted under ICH-GCP.
