I graduated in Medicine at the University of Perugia, Italy, in 2014 and completed my residency in Pediatrics at the University of Milan from 2015 to 2020, with a focus on pediatric nephrology . Following residency, I have worked at the Pediatric Nephrology Unit of Bambino Gesù Hospital in Rome, Italy.
I’m currently working as a Pediatric Nephrologist at the Unit of Pediatric Nephrology, Dialysis, and Transplans of Fondazione IRCCS Ca’Granda, Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico in Milan, Italy. My research interests primarily involve rare kidney diseases in children, particurarly hemolytic uremic syndrome, TA-TMA and complement-mediated diseases. My clinical practice involves managing newbrons and children with congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract (CAKUT), pediatric patients affected by hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), and C3 glomerulopathy.
