Project Title:	Mechanisms for calcineurin inhibitor induced toxicity in renal proximal tubule cells

Project Summary:	Project based upon a renal allograft-derived cell model of proximal tubule cells incorporating common genetic variants associated with a differential pharmacokinetic and nephrotoxicity. With this model we aim to explore, identify and attenuate different pathophysiological pathways involved in renal allograft fibrosis originating in the proximal tubule cell exposed to CNI's.
