Project Title:	Prevention of relapses with levamisole as adjuvant therapy in children with a first episode idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (LEARNS).

Project Summary:	Minimal change nephropathy (MCN) is the most common cause of idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (INS) in children. The main hypothesis of the LEARNS trial is that combined treatment of children with a first episode of INS with steroids and levamisole will prevent relapses after the initial episode of INS compared to single treatment with steroids alone. This will be tested in a multicenter, randomised, double-blind placebo-controlled trial (RCT).
