Dr. Orsolya Horváth is a pediatrician and a fellow in pediatric nephrology at Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary. She received her MD in 2013 and her PhD degree in 2018 at Semmelweis University. She performed research scholarship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, USA.

She works at the Department of Pediatrics, Bókay Street Unit. She has a special interest in medical student training, and having lectures in english, german and hungarian.

Her research interests include the pathomechanism of thrombotic microangiopathies and C3 glomerulopathy, and the pathomechanism and novel terapies of nephrotic syndrome.

She works as a review editor at Frontiers of Pediatrics and Frontiers of Medicine.
