I am a French/Colombian Paediatric Nephrologist with additional specialisation in renal Physiology and Genetics. My main area of practice and research is hereditary renal tubular diseases (salt, magnesium, phosphate and calcium loosing tubulopathies, renal tubular acidosis, nephrogenic diabetes insipidus and Dent’s disease).

I am in charge of molecular and genetic studies of tubular renal diseases at the Genetics Department of the European Georges Pompidou Hospital in Paris.

I am also manager and coordinator for the French National Tubulopathies Network, which is linked to the activity of the reference centre of children and adult renal hereditary diseases (MARHEA).
