To determine the course and determinants of individual immunosuppressive dose requirements and their side effects in children during long-term follow up after solid organ transplantation.

Study design:
Prospective single-centre study (University Hospitals Leuven) at the department of pediatric solid organ transplantation collecting patient/laboratory/ pharmacokinetic data (obtained during routine clinical care) in combination with pharmacogenetic analysis of recipient and donor
