Project Summary:	The LEARNS study evaluates the effect of a combination therapy with prednisolone and levamisole on the prevention of relapses in children with first episode of steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome. Furthermore, the LEARNS study investigates pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of prednisolone and levamisole, Health-Related-Quality-of-Life, Immunomics in children with first episode of SSNS.
