Description

Our center is involved in the management of adult patients with renal disease at all stages, from diagnosis to treatment. The Tenon’s hospital offers a wide range of medical expertises, particularly in renal histopathology and physiology, allowing in-depth explorations of the renal pathologies and personalized therapeutic management. We also ensure the transition from pediatric to adult nephrology. Our medical team backed up with a translational research unit affiliated to INSERM and University, has an internationally recognized expertise in the investigation and management of immune-mediated glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndromes, nephropathies related to haematological or autoimmune diseases and inherited renal diseases, and we are constitutive components of the two National French Reference Centers for Rare Diseases (“Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome” and “Hereditary kidney diseases of children and adults »). Our center also offers a large access to all the modalities of renal replacement therapy, including training for home hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and renal transplantation. We contribute to the training of nurses, physicians and researchers in our different field of expertise and research projects.
