Project Title:	Is antimicrobial prophylaxis required in addition to meningococcal vaccination in patients receiving complement inhibitors?

Project Summary:	To investigate the optimal options for preventing meningococcal infection in patients receiving complement inhibitor therapy for rare health conditions, including aHUS, PNH, MG, and NMOSD. Specifically, the study aims to collect data on the frequency of meningococcal infections in patients who only received meningococcal vaccination and those who also received antimicrobial prophylaxis in addition to vaccination. The ultimate goal is to generate evidence-based recommendations for preventing meningococcal disease in patients receiving complement inhibitor therapy.
