All rooms are already reserved and paid for, are within the approved per-night budget and offer seamless access to the meeting facilities. Due to the nature of the venue, we are pleased to confirm that accommodation can be provided for all attendees on-site.
All confirmed participants whose accommodation is covered by ERKNet will stay in the pre-booked rooms at our meeting venue. Please note that accommodation costs for any independently booked hotels cannot be reimbursed.
