Hybrid Event

Dear ERKNet members and ePAGs,

We are pleased to invite you to the 9th ERKNet Annual Conference, which will take place from 19 to 21 May 2025 at the Irish College in the heart of Leuven.

Programme: 

We are currently in the process of designing a versatile and interesting programme, which we will share with you as soon as it is finalized. In the meantime, we have drafted up a preliminary agenda, which you can find here.

Based on the success of this year's scientific abstract presentations, we will notify you once the call for abstracts opens.

Who can attend:

We would be happy to welcome our ePAGs and two participants from each healthcare provider. Therefore, the HCP leads and deputy leads should discuss within their team who will be attending the meeting in person. If more than two participants per HCP wish to join, the additional participants will be added to a waiting list and contacted if more seats are available. 

 

 

Financial Support:

As usual, we provide financial support to cover travel costs for two representatives of healthcare providers, two ePAG’s per working group, two ePAG chairs (in total 20 ePAG’s) and individuals presenting scientific abstracts in the form of travel grants. It is important to note that the funding provided by the European Commission for air and rail travel is subject to certain unit costs. To clarify eligible travel costs, including air and rail fares (which varies between different cities), please visit following page.

For your convenience, we have already made reservation at various hotels in Leuven. To allow more participants to stay within close proximity of the venue, we appreciate if you are willing to share a double room with a colleague of yours. Please sign up for a room during the registration process.

Streaming: 

We will offer live streaming of the plenary sessions. Members can register for virtual attendance via our registration tool. External participants are asked to fill out this survey. We will then send you the connection link 1-2 day prior to the meeting.
