Accomodation
So far, we have arranged several hotel rooms with special conditions and are in the process of arranging more. The number of pre-booked rooms is limited. Please register for a pre-booked hotel room via our meeting registration tool as early as possible. If you prefer, you are also welcome to organize your own accommodation at one of the various hotels in Leuven. Due to our unit cost guidelines, we are able to reimburse up to 137 € per night for up to two nights (19th – 21st of May).
► If you decide for a pre-booked room via our registration tool, we will inform you through mail if you receive an available room and at which hotel you will be staying
► As Leuven is a very touristy city, we strongly recommend you to book your hotel as soon as possible in order not to exceed the budget.
► Hotel costs over 137 €/night are not reimbursable.
► The city tax and hotel breakfast have to be included in the per night budget.
► Participants with travel durations of less than one hour per trip will receive a daily travel reimbursement but are not eligible for overnight accommodation coverage.
We already have some pre-booked rooms at the following hotels. However, you are welcome to make an individual reservation as well.

How to get to the Irish College:
- By foot: A 15-minute walk through the city center.
- By bus: Take Bus 600 or Bus 601 from the nearby stop to the Irish College, about 10 minutes.
