You are invited to attend a one-day workshop on patients' rights and rare diseases in Helsinki on October 22nd. The invitation is addressed to a wide audience including healthcare professionals, healthcare providers, health insurance and administration members as well as patient organisations.
It is organised in collaboration with the European Commission and is part of a series of 10 workshops at national level culminating in an EU-level event next year in 2025. The workshops include plenary sessions and discussions.
The primary goal is to raise awareness about patients’ rights and improve information on cross-border healthcare and thus, to further bridge the gap for people with rare diseases.
