Dr. Caroline Roozendaal is a laboratory specialist in Medical Immunology and head of the Division Immunology, Department of Laboratory Medicine, in the University Medical Center Groningen, The Netherlands. The Division Immunology is responsible for laboratory diagnostics in the fields of HLA and transplantation (organ- as well as stem cell transplantation), autoimmunity (with a focus on systemic autoimmune diseases including vasculitis, SLE, and Sjögren’s syndrome), immune deficiencies, interstitial lung diseases, allergy, and amyloidosis.
