Florence Lucats is a Pediatric Nephrology nurse (certified 2006). She is the nurse coordinator for the pediatric dialysis and transplant program and the Therapeutic Patient Education program for children with CKD (program “M’TES REINS”). She takes care of many children with kidney disease and their caregivers, supports them in their daily life, and facilitates the transition to adult care through a well-established transition clinic program. Florence is also very active and a board member of the National Association of Pediatric Nephrology staff (“APNP”) and is involved in teaching and clinical research with the pediatric nephrology team.
