Dr. Anna Bujons is a pediatric urologist, Head of the Pediatric Urology Unit and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Fundació Puigvert in Barcelona. She coordinates the Spanish National Reference Center (CSUR) for Bladder Exstrophy and Epispadias, officially accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Health. She is also the institutional representative of Fundació Puigvert within the European Reference Network eUROGEN, dedicated to rare uro-recto-genital diseases. With over 15 years of experience in the management of complex urogenital malformations, urinary incontinence and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Bujons combines clinical practice with teaching and healthcare management. She is Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and Director of the FEAPU-accredited Pediatric Urology Fellowship Program. She currently serves as President of the Ibero-American Society of Pediatric Urology (SIUP), National Coordinator of the Pediatric Urology Group of the Spanish Association of Urology (AEU), member of the EAU/ESPU Guidelines Panel for Pediatric Urology, member of the ESPU Educational Committee (2018–2024), and board member of the EAU Working Group on Pediatric Urology (EWPU). She is also an active member of the Association of Academic European Urologists (AAEU) and an associate member of the EAU Section of Uro-Technology (ESUT). She has authored over 80 peer-reviewed publications and has participated as a speaker in more than 100 international congresses.
