Dr. Molka Oueslati is currently working as a Research Project Officer at the Reference Center for Rare Kidney Diseases in Children and Adults (MARHEA), Necker Hospital – ORKiD Network (since December 2023). Previously, she gained experience as a Health Communication Officer at the Institut Médical de Breteuil (2022), and as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA/TEC) at MediAxe. She has also worked as an assistant pharmacist in community and hospital settings, and as an assistant pharmacist-biologist in a toxicology research laboratory.
She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Faculty of Pharmacy of Monastir (2012–2020). She later completed an MBA in Health Communication & Marketing at the Institut Léonard de Vinci, La Défense (2022–2023), and is currently pursuing a University Diploma in Clinical Research Project Management at Université Paris Cité (2024–2025). In 2023, she also completed professional training as a Clinical Research Associate.
Her academic work includes a doctoral thesis on improving communication with healthcare professionals and the general public about persistent COVID-19 symptoms (long COVID), as well as a research project on predictive factors for psychoactive substance use among middle school students.
Her career reflects a dual expertise in pharmacy and health communication, with growing specialization in clinical research management and rare kidney disease research.
