Dr. Antonio Gargiulo is a consultant in Pediatric Nephrology at Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital, under the leadership of Professor Francesco Emma.

He graduated in 2001 and specialized in Nephrology in 2006 at Sapienza University of Rome. 

He completed master fellowship and PhD in renal transplantation at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome - Policlinico “A. Gemelli”, Rome in 2011

His current research interests are idiopathic nephrotic syndrome, primary and immune-mediated glomerulopathies and thrombotic microangiopathy.
