Giulia Ricci

Dr. Giulia Ricci is a pediatric nurse who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at “La Sapienza” University in Rome in 2018. In 2020, she completed the Advanced Training Course “Operating Room Instrument Technician” at Celio Hospital in Rome. In 2023, she completed her master’s degree in “Nursing and Midwifery Sciences” at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. In 2021, she worked at the Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital as a Research Fellow, expanding her knowledge of clinical research and scientific writing. Since February 2024, she has been working at Bambino Gesù Children's Hospital as a research nurse in Nephrology Department. During this period, she has gained experience in teamwork, communication and clinical skills, team working, and critical thinking. She has also expanded her knowledge of registries and platforms for data collection and management, such as REDCAP. She has completed several training courses, including: PBLS Healthcare, Theoretical and Practical Training Course for Nurses or Healthcare Professionals specializing in Clinical Studies, ICH GOOD CLINICAL PRACTICE E6 (R2) e-learning course, Paediatric GCP Basic Online Training Course, Training on the transport of dangerous goods (IATA), Medidata Classic Rave EDC Essentials for clinical research coordinators. She finally completed her English language studies, achieving level B2.
