She is currently working as a Study Nurse in the Clinical Trials Unit, Nephrology Department, at Hospital 12 de Octubre (2025).

She holds a Nursing Diploma from the Complutense University of Madrid (1994–1997) and completed additional studies in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Alcalá (1997).

Her professional nursing experience includes nephrology inpatient care at Hospital 12 de Octubre (2020–2024), hemodialysis at Hospital La Paz (2007–2011), and previous roles in pulmonology, endocrinology, and rheumatology at Hospital 12 de Octubre (2011–2019). She has also worked in infectious diseases at Hospital Gregorio Marañón (2003–2007), psychiatric rehabilitation at Hospital Rodríguez Lafora (2002), and neonatology at Hospital Gregorio Marañón (2000–2001).

She has pursued continuous training in nephrology nursing (Catholic University of Ávila, 2020), critical patient assessment (FUDEN, 2016), clinical nephrology for nurses (LOGOSS, 2009), and clinical pharmacology (LOGOSS, 2005).

In teaching, she has supervised undergraduate nursing internships at Francisco de Vitoria University (960 h, 2011–2013) and at the Complutense University of Madrid (2,500 h, 2018–2024), as well as postgraduate internships in hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis at the Autonomous University of Madrid (140 h, 2008–2010).
