Kajsa Åsling Monemi has a position as Senior Physician in Karolinska University Hospital, Stockholm, Sweden serving in the pediatric nephrology unit.

PhD (2008) in international child health and epidemiology. She has been responsible for the postgraduate training program in paediatrics at Karolinska University hospital during five years and is currently responsible for the Swedish national clinical quality registry of CKD in children. Special interest: CKD and kidney transplantation. Current research include studies in renal function and GFR markers and epidemiological studies of CKD patients in children.
