Member of European Society Pediatric Nephrology, International Pediatric Nephrology Association and Spanish Nephrology Society. National Paediatric Coordinator of the National Alport Syndrome Registry endorsed by the Spanish Society of Nephrology.

Master's Degree in Basic and Advanced Paediatric Nephrology from the University of Oviedo. European Master's Degree in Paediatric Nephrology organised by ESPN-IPNA in 2018. Doctor of Medicine with a thesis entitled ‘Evolutionary study of patients diagnosed with primary renal tubulopathies in childhood’ in 2021 under the supervision of Prof. Fernando Santos and Dr Helena Gil-Peña, obtaining the highest grade CUM LAUDE from the University of Oviedo. I have presented several research papers at both national and international conferences, published in national and international journals, and collaborated in the writing of chapters for books on paediatric nephrology.
