The adult nephrology Department of Limoges University Hopsital belongs to the France southwest rare kidney disease reference center (SORARE), taking care of patients with rare kidney diseases, providing the whole spectrum of acute and chronic renal replacement therapies for adults. More than 80 kidney transplants are performed each year. The multidiscplinary team provide the whole spectrum of acute and chronic therapies for adults with renal diseases. The Department is involved in several national and international clinical trials and has a specific research involvment in IgA nephropathy |
