Dr. Martina Riganati is a scientist in Laboratory of Nephrology at Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital, Rome, Italy. She graduated in Medical Biotechnology at Sapienza University of Rome in 2022 and she is a PhD student in Microbiology, Immunology, Infectious Diseases and Transplants at University of Rome "Tor Vergata" since 2023. 

Her research focuses on immune-mediated kidney diseases in pediatric patients. She investigates alterations in the lymphocyte profile to clarify their role in the pathogenesis of the disease and evaluates the baseline immune competence as well as the impairment induced by immunosuppressive treatments, both standard and experimental.
